​Project Management Services, LLC is owned by Christopher A. Gibson. Mr. Gibson spent seven years in the United States Navy as a member of the Navy Seabees who are ready to deploy anywhere in the world to provide construction support during wartime, peacetime, and humanitarian efforts.  Christopher was awarded the Southwest Asia Service Medal for serving during the Persian Gulf War.  After graduating from The University of Texas with a B.S. in Applied Physics/Applied Mathemetics Christopher went on to earn a master's certificate in Management from The University of Texas School of Management.  Christopher has spent his whole career serving the federal government in the military then working as a federal contractor on federal construction projects all over the United States in various management roles.

​Avery C. Gibson is the next generation of federal construction managers. He completed his first college summer internship with Project Management Services, LLC in 2023 serving as an assistant on the Yosemite Emergency Call Center Project and the Yosemite Shuttle Stop Project. Avery worked with various tradesmen getting direct exposure to federal and public works projects. He completed a second internship in 2024 with Imperial Construction in Weatherford, TX working alongside project managers and site superintendents on public works projects, in 2025 Avery will intern with Polk Mechanical in Buda, TX on public works infrastructure projects. Avery is in his senior year at Texas State University majoring in Construction Management. Upon graduation Avery will take a role at PMS as an assistant project manager.
