​​Christopher A. Gibson, Construction Manager   
Mr. Gibson served seven years in the United States Navy as a member of the Navy Seabees, a highly skilled construction battalion prepared to deploy worldwide in support of wartime, peacetime, and humanitarian missions. He was awarded the Southwest Asia Service Medal for his service during the Persian Gulf War. After earning a B.S. in Applied Physics and Applied Mathematics from The University of Texas, Christopher went on to complete a Master’s Certificate in Management from The University of Texas School of Management. Throughout his career, Christopher has dedicated himself to serving the federal government—first in the military, and later as a federal contractor—managing federal construction projects across the United States in a variety of leadership roles.

​Avery C. Gibson, Assistant Project Manager
Avery Gibson is a graduate of Texas State University’s Construction Management Program. During college, Avery spent four years interning with Project Management Services, LLC, working both on-site during breaks and remotely throughout the academic year. Avery now serves full-time as an Assistant Project Manager and holds OSHA 30 and CQCM Quality Control Management certifications.
