One of the logistical challenges that made this project unique, and rewarding was working in, on and around Indigenous lands and coordinating our efforts with the local Native American Representative and the National Historical Society in Yosemite.  Each time ground was opened up both had representative monitors to ensure we did not disturb or collect any artifacts that may have been unearthed.

Some of the unique aspects of this project was the sourcing of materials.  The project included natural Sierra White Granite and heavy timber Douglas Fir shade structures both of which had to be sourced within 500 miles of the park.  All the heavy timber was specifically sourced, removed from the forest and milled specifically for this project in keeping with the Historical Society requirements.

​Yosemite National Park Emergency Call Center Dispatch Project Dec 2022 thru Sept 2024 
Project Management Services, LLC provided on-site supervision and management for the construction of a new 911 emergency call center that serves Mariposa County, Yosemite NP and Kings and Sequia Canyon NP.  The project consisted of renovations of existing space to house the call center, 150kva propane generator and UPS battery backup system. PMS provided on-site project management, quality control management and safety management.

​Harden Farm Employee Housing Phase 1a/b Acadia National Park, Maine Jan 2025 thru July 2026 
Project Management Services, LLC' latest project was appointed through the Department of the Interior to provide full Construction Management Services (CMR) for the expansion of employee housing at Acadia National Park, Maine. The project consists of two phases, two six-plex and two eight-plex multi-family units and full greenfield site development, this project will assist Acadia, NP in their goal to be a 365 day a year park.

Project Management Services is serving as the Construction Managers' Representative (CMR) on this project for the Department of the Interior, National Park Service.

Project Management Services, LLC capabilities to mobilize anywhere in the nation was proven with this project, PMS closed out their Yosemite National Park, CA projects on December 16th, 2024, and was fully mobilized in Acadia National Park, Maine on January 6th, 2025, ready to represent the NPS on their project.
