Project Management Services is providing Construction Manager’s Representative (CMR) services to BCE Solutions a GSA MAS Schedule contractor for both phase 1a/b and phase C to deliver independent, third-party oversight and representation for the National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), and Acadia National Park. Serving as the on-site eyes and ears for the National Park Service Denver and DOI, we provide seamless coordination between the Owner, General Contractor and the customer Acadia National Park ensuring project accountability, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery through our deep expertise in federal contracting.

Project Management Services provided onsite project management and supervision to VLJM Contracting a federal contractor with the National Park Service Department of the Interior (DOI).  VLJM wanted federal expertise along with local representation in Yosemite to ensure project accountability, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery through our deep expertise in federal contracting.
Project consisted of the demolition and replacement of 10 shuttle stops in Yosemite Valley with new heavy timber shade structures.
